If you would like your child's name to be included in one of these ballots, please click on the link below, complete and submit the form by the relevant application deadline.

The ballot will ordered useing the following priorities:

1. Priority One: all children residing in-zone (all children accepted for enrolment)
2. Priority Two: siblings of current students (all children accepted for enrolment)
3. Priority Three: siblings of former students
4. Priority Four: children of former students
5. Priority Five: children of board employees or board members
6. Priority Six: all other applicants

All Christchurch primary schools operating an enrolment zone are required to use the same balloting dates for 2012.
